Warranty

While we strive for perfection and hand inspect every bat that leaves our facility, wood bats are subject to natural and manufacturer defects. We understand this can be frustrating. SR Bat Co offers a 45 day limited warranty from the time of purchase against natural and manufacturer defects. Upon inspection of the bat, we will determine if the break was from a defect, manufacturer error, or abuse. If it is deemed to have been caused by a natural defect or manufacturing defect, SR Bat Co will replace the product with a product of the same price point (depending on availability). 
 
Bats are designed to hit leather covered baseballs only. Using weighted or non-traditional balls will void the warranty.

What will not be covered under the 45 day limited warranty:
  • Hitting anything other than baseballs
  • Hitting dimple balls at batting cages
  • Hitting at a batting cage of any kind
  • Slamming the bat down
  • Throwing the bat (don't argue with the umpire)
  • Collapsed cups that do not affect the bat's performance
  • Hitting balls off an area that is prone to breaking. I.E. the cup, or the handle.
Wood products are prone to breaking with normal use, therefore we cannot honor breaks that  are deemed to be from normal wear and tear.
 
DO NOT RETURN YOUR BAT TO YOUR AUTHORIZED DEALER TO SUBMIT A CLAIM.

To submit a claim, email Casey@SRBats.com with pictures of the bat, and a picture of the receipt. We may request that you ship or bring the bat in for further inspection. 

Warranties can be claimed 1 time per original purchase.

Warranties must be claimed by the original purchaser. Bats sold second hand or from an unauthorized dealer will be voided.
